**Description:**
**Education:** Completed high school.
**Courses:** Injection Molding Machine Operation, Operation and Adjustment of Plastic Injection Molding Machines.
Perform quality inspections according to the inspection plan;
Clean and maintain organization of your workstation;
Complete requested records in the relevant ISQ documents;
Stop operations upon detecting non-conformities and report them following the escalation chain;
Approve setup releases;
Assist with injection machine setups, including mold replacement and height limiter adjustments;
Clean the hopper and change material color in the barrel and mold;
Train new employees according to the Training ISQ;
Participate in various meetings as directed by management;
Operate injection molding machines according to training and applicable ISQs;
Deburr injection-molded parts, as required, according to training and applicable ISQs;
Prepare laser machines according to training and applicable ISQs;
Operate laser machines according to training and applicable ISQs;
Count and record processed parts, and report or perform production logging;
Suggest improvements to processes and tooling to enhance product productivity and quality;
Substitute for Production Cell Assistant and/or UAV2 Production Cell Operator when requested by the Coordinator.
