Provide technical support to users (computers, printers, emails), assist with preventive maintenance (antivirus updates, basic backups, cable and equipment organization), support network and internet monitoring, manage equipment inventory and log support tickets, document procedures to facilitate future support. Currently pursuing or completed a bachelor's degree in IT, or a technical certification in the IT field. Basic knowledge of computer systems (Windows, Microsoft Office, networks, and hardware) is desirable. Prior experience in this role. Fundamental understanding of networks and infrastructure. Experience working with TOTVS ERPs (RM and Protheus).
