We support projects from diagnosis through implementation—digital initiatives with high technical and business complexity, operating in transactional, regulated environments demanding stringent quality, security, performance, observability, and governance standards. **About the Opportunity** The professional will serve as the team’s technical reference, responsible for designing, maintaining, and evolving the architecture; unblocking complex problems; guiding technical decisions; and leading by example—including writing code when necessary. **Responsibilities** * Act as the team’s technical leader, ensuring architectural consistency and delivery quality. * Design and evolve backend and frontend architectures aligned with business and non-functional requirements. * Define technical standards, best practices, and development guidelines. * Actively resolve technical blockers and structural issues. * Support the team in complex technical decisions and architecture reviews. * Write code when necessary—especially for critical or foundational components. * Ensure consistent integration among frontend, BFF, and backend. * Drive technical governance, observability, security, and resilience of solutions. * Collaborate closely with Product Owners, UX designers, QA engineers, and technical stakeholders. * Elevate the team’s technical level through ongoing guidance and review. **Technical Skills** * Modern Java (17+ / 21+) * Spring Boot and/or Micronaut * Advanced React, with deep expertise in frontend architecture * Microservices and BFF architecture * REST API design and versioning * Event-driven architectures and asynchronous processing * Integration across critical systems (REST, events, webhooks) * Authentication and authorization (OAuth2, JWT, RBAC) * Resilience strategies (retry, circuit breaker, timeout, fallback) * Data persistence (relational and event-driven) * Messaging systems (Kafka, SQS, RabbitMQ or similar) * End-to-end observability (logs, metrics, distributed tracing) * Application security (OWASP Top 10, data protection) * Containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) * CI/CD and continuous delivery practices * Code quality tools (Sonar or similar) * Git in collaborative environments (PRs, code reviews) **Nice-to-Have** * Prior experience as Tech Lead or Architect for mission-critical products * Experience in financial or regulated environments * Proven track record supporting production systems * Experience with high-volume projects and strict SLAs * Experience working in distributed teams and complex corporate environments
