Through a practical and dynamic methodology, the program aims to build both technical and behavioral competencies (hard \& soft skills) via a structured process that integrates training, purpose, development, and continuous mentoring. You will join a team assigned to projects at a nationally recognized Financial Institution known for its stability, innovation focus, and commitment to community development. Work Mode: 1\-2 days per week onsite in Porto Alegre, RS. Responsibilities and Duties * Plan, code, test, and maintain the codebase that interfaces between a website, server, and database. Requirements and Qualifications * Experience in Java development; * Familiarity with test automation; * Experience consuming and integrating APIs; * Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases; * Experience with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban); * Interest in learning new technologies and staying up to date. 2511210202471811110
