Opportunity to apply creativity in job posting promotion We are looking for a Human Resources Assistant specializing in Recruitment and Selection to work in a dynamic environment handling a high volume of job openings. We seek a proactive candidate who can easily generate creative ideas for job promotion, engage effectively with candidates, and is available to participate in job fairs and other external recruitment initiatives aimed at talent attraction. **Main Responsibilities:** * Execute recruitment and selection activities: job posting promotion, resume screening, conducting interviews, and preparing evaluation reports for managers. * Collect and update data to feed departmental performance indicators. * Conduct interviews for a large number of positions across various profiles/functions. * Apply creative strategies and diverse methods for job posting promotion. * Schedule and monitor onboarding of new employees. * Participate in job fairs and external recruitment events. * Support the hiring process and related documentation **Requirements:** * **Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related fields.** * **Minimum 2 years of experience in Recruitment and Selection.** * **Experience conducting large-scale interviews.** * Knowledge of and experience with the Senior system. * Proactive profile with initiative to propose improvements and new promotion methods.
