Support onboarding, offboarding, vacation management, timekeeping, benefits administration, and documentation. Verify payroll data together with HR/Accounting. Maintain data and records updated in compliance with labor legislation. Identify training needs (for construction sites and headquarters). Support leadership in conflict resolution and implementation of sound management practices. Assist in organizing medical examinations, ASOs (Occupational Health Certificates), DDS (Daily Safety Dialogues), onboarding activities, and construction site documentation. Monitor compliance with company policies and regulations.
