Job Summary: We are seeking a Designer to create strategic visual assets, strengthen brand identity, and enhance communication campaigns by developing visual projects from inception to completion. Collaboration with marketing and communications teams **Designer \| Visual Creation \& Branding** We are looking for a **Designer** to join our team and create strategic visual assets that reinforce brand identity and amplify our communication campaigns. **About the Role** You will be responsible for creating and developing visual projects from concept to final delivery, working on digital campaigns, corporate materials, social media, and other company visual communication needs. **Responsibilities** * Create visual assets for digital campaigns and corporate materials * Develop layouts for social media and various communication channels * Ensure visual consistency and alignment with brand identity * Participate in creative concept development and project execution * Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and deadlines * Collaborate with marketing, communications, and other departments * Receive feedback constructively and iterate on projects effectively * Propose creative solutions aligned with marketing strategies **Requirements** **Essential:** * Proficiency in **Adobe Creative Suite** (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) * Experience with **Figma** for digital design * Strong aesthetic sensibility and attention to detail * Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities * Up-to-date visual portfolio reflecting current design trends * Creative autonomy and proactivity **Preferred:** * Experience in motion design or animation * Knowledge of UI/UX design * Portfolio featuring case studies of digital campaigns * Understanding of branding and visual identity **What We Seek** We seek someone with a **rich visual repertoire**, who receives feedback constructively, works well in teams, and is committed to quality and deadlines.
