We want to meet you! **JOIN US AND GROW TOGETHER!!** #### **Key responsibilities:** * Administer and configure **Fortinet firewalls (FortiGate)**, including security policies, VPNs (IPSec/SSL), NAT, access rules, and troubleshooting * Manage and support **GPON network environments**, including OLTs and ONUs * Monitor environments using **Zabbix and Grafana**, creating dashboards, alerts, and performance analyses * Plan, deploy, and maintain network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, VLANs, routing, and switching) * Ensure network security by applying best practices for firewalls, segmentation, and access control * Diagnose and resolve network and connectivity incidents * Support infrastructure documentation, topologies, and technical procedures * Collaborate with internal teams and vendors for continuous environment improvements * Proactively identify infrastructure bottlenecks, failures, and risks #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Proven experience in **network infrastructure** * Solid knowledge of **Fortinet firewalls (FortiGate)** * Experience with **GPON** (OLT, ONT, provisioning, and troubleshooting) * Hands-on experience with **Zabbix and Grafana monitoring tools** * Knowledge of: * TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, NAT * Routers and switches (Layer 2 and 3\) * VLANs, VPNs, and link load balancing * Information security applied to network infrastructure #### **Benefits:** * Unimed health plan; * Dental plan; * Cafeteria with coffee; * Baby kit; * Life insurance; * Training programs; * Transportation allowance; * Monthly performance bonus; * Uniform; * University tuition assistance; * Disciplinary evaluation; * Five-year service award; * Professional advancement; * Daycare assistance; * Shopping discount program; * Pharmacy discount program; * SESC membership; * Psychological support; * Telemedicine; * Purchase discounts.
