You will be responsible for implementing our platform for new clients, including system configuration and parameterization, procurement process mapping, user training and assisted operation, preparation of technical and business documentation, and screen prototyping. You will also provide guidance and support to our integration partners. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Requirements analysis and elicitation, guiding clients toward optimal modeling approaches; * Function point counting; * Preparation of business specifications and technical specifications (User Stories); * Conducting training sessions and demonstrations during project delivery (User Acceptance Testing); * Reporting on project progress; * Executing project-related tasks; * Preparing and updating system manuals. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related fields; * SQL knowledge; * Knowledge of data structures; * Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.); * Experience with BPM; * Knowledge of bug tracking and creation of use cases/test scenarios; * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; * Skill in resolving conflicts that may arise during implementation projects; * Proactivity in defining process models in client-facing engagements; * Screen prototyping; * Willingness to travel; * Knowledge of function point analysis methodology. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in projects or products involving integration of disparate systems (web services); * Knowledge of procurement processes (Supply Chain); * Familiarity with DevOps and CRM Dynamics; * Experience preparing system manuals **Benefits:** * Meal/Voucher allowance with no payroll deduction; * Health insurance plan with no employee co-payment; * Dental insurance plan with no employee co-payment; * Tuition Assistance Program; * Workplace Gymnastics; * Birthday day-off; * Referral bonus for successful hires; * Happy Friday; * Connectivity Allowance; * Fresh fruit available throughout the day; * Free parking; * Tickets for Paradigma Cine Arte. **We are inclusive and respect differences:** our opportunities are open to all talents.
