If you identify with this way of working, come join us. **What you will do:** * Build specialized, extensible CrewAI Tools (using @tool and class\-based patterns) for deterministic actions and hardware control. * Apply Test‑Driven Development (TDD) practices to ensure tools and APIs behave as expected. * Support the development of MCP servers that connect AI agents to internal systems. * Implement APIs using FastAPI and GraphQL, following existing patterns and guidelines. * Write and maintain technical documentation in Confluence and help track tasks and technical debt in Jira. **What we are looking for:** * Fluent in English. * Solid foundations in Python 3\.11\+ and knowledge of TypeScript/React. * Hands‑on experience with FastAPI and introductory knowledge of GraphQL. * Familiarity with Python tooling such as PyTest and Pydantic. * Strong interest in AI agents (CrewAI, LangGraph, or similar) * Willingness to work with testing, documentation, and structured development processes. **Nice to have:** * Experience with LangSmith, LangFuse, or Arize Phoenix. * Previous experience in a fast\-paced enviroment. * Exposure to software that evaluates or critiques outputs (e.g., validation or verification systems). **Where you will work:** * This is a hybrid position, working from our office in Acate/Florianópolis. **Hiring models:** * CLT * Cooperative **Benefits of being a Zallper:** Meal/Food Allowance Caju multi\-benefit card (credit format), offering flexibility for everyday needs.
