Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate professional in Recruitment and Selection to manage end-to-end talent acquisition and partner with business units in a stable, growth-oriented environment. If you possess a keen eye for candidate profiles, proactivity in managing high-volume hiring, and desire a stable environment to thrive, your place is by our side at the Head Office. **Your challenge with us:** * **End-to-End R&S:** Manage the entire talent attraction process — from aligning job requirements with hiring managers and executing creative outreach, to technical screening and final selection. * **New Talent Experience:** Conduct onboarding for new employees, ensuring their first contact with Grupo DVA is memorable and efficient. * **Business Partnership:** Provide responsive support to employees and managers, serving as a go-to resource for HR-related questions and processes across the organization. * **Administrative Excellence:** Maintain control over HR processes and spreadsheets, ensuring organization and accuracy at every stage. What You Need: * **Proven Experience:** Solid hands-on experience in Recruitment and Selection (minimum 1 year), preferably in high-volume or diverse role environments. * **Strategic Vision:** Ability to assess behavioral fit beyond the resume. * **Communication & Influence:** Skill to interact clearly and empathetically across departments and hierarchical levels. * **Organization:** Discipline to manage multiple concurrent processes. Work Schedule and Location: * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. * **Location:** Automóveis Headquarters — São José.
