Total Garantidora is seeking an IT Infrastructure Analyst to strengthen our technology area and ensure the stability of the systems supporting our credit and collections operations. **Responsibilities:** * Provide technical support to users (hardware, software, and internal systems). * Administer network, server, firewall, and VPN infrastructure. * Manage access control, backups, and information security. * Install and maintain computers, printers, and network assets. * Monitor incidents and resolve issues promptly. * Document processes and support IT projects. * Experience with CRM integration and maintenance. **Requirements:** * Experience in IT infrastructure and technical support. * Knowledge of Windows, Office 365, networking (DNS, DHCP, Wi\-Fi), and corporate antivirus solutions. * Organized, proactive profile with a strong sense of urgency. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS). * Familiarity with automation or scripting. * Certifications (ITIL, Networking, Security). * Experience with credit/collections systems. **What We Offer** * Collaborative and growing work environment. * Opportunities for professional development.
