**SCREEN PRINTING MACHINE OPERATOR** **Job Description:** POSITION: Screen Printing Machine Operator Salary: BRL 2,500.00 Benefits: Transportation allowance Additional: Overtime. Employment type: CLT Location: Fazenda Santo Antônio, São José/SC Working hours: 44 weekly (Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM) Responsibilities: Prepare and adjust the screen printing machine before production begins; Set up and operate the Mini-MCA automatic carousel machine for fabric printing; Adjust frames, inks, and rollers to ensure proper alignment and print quality; Load the machine with materials and inks according to defined standards; Perform test prints and necessary adjustments during the process; Conduct visual quality checks on printed items to prevent defects, stains, or misalignments; Maintain a clean and organized work environment and care for equipment; Record production output and report irregularities to the team leader; Assist in preventive maintenance and in the replacement of screens, inks, and films. **Requirements:** Mandatory requirement: previous experience as a screen printing operator; Education: completed high school. Skills: attention to detail; teamwork; adherence to rules and procedures; agility; organization; responsibility; proactivity; ability to work under demand and in repetitive tasks. Knowledge: operation of Mini-MCA automatic carousel machine or similar; reading and interpretation of technical sheets and printing templates; preparation of screen printing inks and screens; basic knowledge of quality management and use of PPE. Behavioral profile: responsibility and commitment.
