




Job Summary: Professional to support procurement management, quality control, documentation, and administrative processes in civil construction projects. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on service quality and compliance **Responsibilities** * Support procurement management of construction materials, ensuring timely delivery of materials and equipment within budget and specification requirements. * Assist the resident engineer in drafting contracts, as well as organizing, verifying, and recording monthly contractor measurements. * Report discrepancies to the supply department and manage surplus and shortage of construction materials. * Register purchase requests for the Supply Department. * Accompany the resident engineer during inspections of completed work, contributing to quality and compliance control. * Organize and manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, Inspection Forms (IF), Material Verification Forms (MVF), and addendums. * Control distribution and updates of project drawings, recording personnel in possession of documents and performing replacements upon revisions. * Assist in implementing actions outlined in the PCMAT (Occupational Safety Management Plan) and PCMSO (Occupational Health Program), supporting safety and health routines on site. * Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment to ensure full operational functionality. * Support the site administration team in verifying invoices and contractor documentation. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical or undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering, Building Construction Technology, Business Administration, or related fields. * Experience in civil construction projects, especially in technical and administrative support roles. * Experience in supply control, measurement verification, contract management, and technical documentation. * Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. * Knowledge of quality control and compliance for executed services. * Familiarity with PCMAT and PCMSO. * Understanding of procurement processes and material control. * Proficiency in documentation registration and organization tools (spreadsheets, ERP systems, etc.).
