- Minimum of 1 year of experience in electronic security or technical support (Support Analyst); - Proficiency in using measurement tools and keys (desirable). - Proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools (Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint); - Knowledge of computer networks (network sharing, remote access, basic configurations, IP, DHCP, DMZ, NAT, firewall, DNS, DDNS); - Knowledge of security systems (alarm control panels and access control systems), image and monitoring systems (DVRs, NVRs, IP cameras, apps) (desirable); - Knowledge of Windows and Linux servers (desirable); - Knowledge of computer assembly and maintenance (desirable); - Technical knowledge of mobile apps and systems (Android and iOS).
