




Job Summary: This internship offers the opportunity to provide technical support to end users, format computers, install software, and handle IT helpdesk tickets. Key Highlights: 1. IT helpdesk ticket handling **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Format computers and install Windows and software; * Provide user support for the Windows operating system and Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and ERP systems; * Handle general IT helpdesk tickets. **REQUIREMENTS:** Currently enrolled in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
