Position available for Persons with Disabilities (PwD) We are looking for a professional to join our team as a Junior Support Analyst SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES Provide specialized technical support for alarm control panel and CCTV systems, resolving complex issues, identifying faults, and implementing effective solutions. Responding to service tickets and resolving technical issues; Scheduling and managing field service demands; Basic configuration and maintenance of CCTV and alarm control panel systems; Recording and tracking service tickets in the internal system. Working collaboratively in a team environment with other technical support staff, managers, installers, technicians, and vendors.
