You will be responsible for: * User Support: Provide internal assistance and technical support to members using the Sicoobnet system. * Ticket Management: Register, classify, and prioritize service requests with a focus on business agility. * Hardware Maintenance: Diagnose failures, issue technical reports, and prepare equipment for external assistance. * Infrastructure and Peripherals: Install software, update components, and perform preventive maintenance on printers, scanners, and readers. * Asset Control: Manage consumables inventory (toners) and maintain an updated equipment inventory. * Project Support: Assist in executing new initiatives and strategic IT projects. **Requirements:** Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Information Technology, Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, or related fields.
