Job Summary: Provide operational support at the counter and beverage dispatch area, ensuring order speed and organization for waitstaff pickup. Key Highlights: 1. FUNCTION OBJECTIVE** Provide operational support to the counter and handle beverage dispatch, ensuring orders (draft beer, buckets, and soft drinks) are assembled quickly and orderly for waitstaff pickup. **2\. OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES** * **Beverage Dispatch:** Organize and sort beverages according to table orders (e.g., assemble long-neck beer buckets, separate soft drinks and water by table). * **Draft Beer Service:** Correctly pour draft beer following house standards. * **Bartender Support:** Continuously replenish ice, fruits, garnishes, and supplies at workstations. * **Glassware Management:** Wash, polish, and organize glasses and stemware, ensuring the counter is never out of stock. * **Replenishment and Inventory:** Replace draft beer kegs and retrieve beverages and cases from inventory as required per shift. * **Area Maintenance:** Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter and beverage pickup area (service counter/pickup station). **3\. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS AND PROFILE** * **Experience:** Minimum 6 months in this role or in bar/restaurant support. * **Agility:** Ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously under pressure. * **Proactivity:** Anticipate shortages of glasses or supplies before service disruption occurs. * **Profile:** Organization with table numbers and focus on expediting waitstaff order fulfillment. **4\. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS** * **Base Salary:** R$ 2\.200,00\. * **Additional Compensation:** Tips (gratuities) \+ Night shift allowance applied to hours worked after 10 PM. * **Benefits:** Transportation voucher and on-site meals. **5\. WORK SCHEDULE AND ROTATION** * **Working Hours:** 8-hour shift \+ 1-hour break. * **Rotation Schedule:** 6 days on, 1 day off (weekly day off). * **Shifts:** * **Tue, Wed, Sun:** (4:00 PM to 1:00 AM\) * **Thu, Fri, Sat:** (3:00 PM to 12:00 AM\) or (5:00 PM to 2:00 AM\). Compensation: R$2\.000,00 \- R$2\.200,00 per month Work Location: On-site
