Creation and updating of technical procedures ### **OPEN POSITION – SUPPORT ANALYST I** **Taboão da Serra – SP (DETRAN)** We are hiring a **Support Analyst I** for on-site work at the DETRAN office in Taboão da Serra/SP. ### **About the Position** * **Position:** Support Analyst I * **Employment Type:** Permanent (CLT) * **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 08:30 to 17:30 * **Monthly Workload:** 200 hours/month * **Expected Start Date:** 12/18/2025 ### **Compensation and Benefits** * **Salary:** R$ 2\.400,00 * **Meal Allowance:** R$ 30,00 (20% employee contribution) * **Transportation Benefit** * **Dona Health Plan** * **Life Insurance** * **SESC Membership** * **GoGood (well-being benefit)** ### **Requirements** * High school diploma with a completed **Technical Course in IT** * **Or** Bachelor’s degree in IT (completed or in progress) * **Minimum 1 year of experience** in support roles * Advanced computer skills * Technical English (reading proficiency) * Strong oral and written communication skills ### **Technical Knowledge** * Support and maintenance of **Windows 7/8/10/11** * Installation and configuration of **Office 365, Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive** * Active Directory * Computer networking (TCP/IP, wired and wireless) * Hardware maintenance * Basic Linux knowledge * Ticket management tools **Preferred Qualifications:** * **ITIL v4** certification * **MCSA or higher (Windows 10\)** certification ### **Main Responsibilities** * End-user technical support (hardware and software) * Installation and configuration of equipment and systems * Incident diagnosis and resolution * Ticket logging and tracking * Basic network infrastructure support * Creation and updating of technical procedures ### **✅** **Desired Profile** * Organization * Proactivity * Strong communication skills * Teamwork Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree
