




* Analyze and fulfill HR department requirements, addressing local needs; * Collaborate with the R&D team; * Submit unit information for payroll processing, including working hour control, benefits administration, and payroll variables (Senior System); * Manage the employee journey, supporting unit production through training and assistance with inquiries; * Remotely manage payroll information for Inloco employees; * Conduct post-processing verification and submit documentation and information for onboarding, terminations, vacations, and payroll of related units; * Monitor and manage unit performance indicators (e.g., turnover, absenteeism, overtime); * Handle and resolve labor-related issues (acting as legal representative); * Organize HR events aligned with the internal marketing calendar; * Guide and develop leaders and teams; * Deliver training and onboarding programs; * Responsible for the Palhoça and São José units.
