Optimizing workflows using Artificial Intelligence tools. Description: The Backend Developer (.NET) will join a new squad tasked with evolving HSystem's systems. Initially, the role focuses on maintaining a critical legacy system for the business, preparing the foundation for subsequent involvement in developing an innovative product within the Direct Sales context. Your contribution will be essential across all stages of the process, ensuring quality, efficiency, and continuous evolution of HSystem's solutions. Responsibilities and Duties * Develop and maintain robust, scalable applications using .NET Framework and .NET Core; * Model and interact with MongoDB Atlas and MariaDB (MySQL) databases; * Actively collaborate across all phases of the development lifecycle, participating in Dojos and architectural decision-making; * Apply Clean Code principles, SOLID principles, and Hexagonal Architecture to ensure code quality, maintainability, and consistency; * Use Git for version control and collaborative team development; * Work with AWS services such as EC2 and S3; * Explore and apply Artificial Intelligence tools (e.g., Claude, GPT) to optimize development and innovation; * Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and solution architecture. Requirements and Qualifications * Collaborative, proactive profile with broad vision regarding product, architecture, and continuous improvement. * Proven backend development experience with .NET Framework (4\.2\+) and .NET Core; * Proficiency in NoSQL databases (MongoDB) and relational databases (MariaDB/MySQL); * Solid knowledge of Git, Clean Code, SOLID, and Hexagonal Architecture; * Hands-on experience with AWS environments (EC2, S3\); * Curiosity and interest in applying AI tools to software development. 2511260202401143441
