




**Activities:** ● Register new employees' admissions into the system; ● Input payroll events; ● Calculate terminations, severance penalties, 13th salary, and other credits and deductions; ● Prepare documents for homologation, ensuring compliance with legal procedures; ● Perform routine administrative and bureaucratic processes related to employee management; ● Proficiency in spreadsheets and report preparation. **Prerequisites:** Intermediate-level Office Suite skills; Proven prior experience; Knowledge of Sênior system; Solid expertise in labor calculations, payroll closing and processing, terminations, vacations, commissions, overtime, etc. **(a practical test will be conducted).** **Differentiators:** **Courses and updates on labor legislation.** **Previous experience in an accounting office.** **Working hours:** Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 13:12 to 18:00 – IN-PERSON POSITION.
