We are looking for a Data Analytics Specialist to serve as the engine of strategic intelligence at V.tal. You will not merely be a report generator, but a business partner responsible for transforming large volumes of infrastructure and telecommunications data into critical decisions. If you master the art of storytelling with data and wish to influence the future of connectivity in Brazil, this role is for you. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Dashboard Architecture: Design and automate visualization ecosystems (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker) with emphasis on UX/UI and high performance. * Advanced Analytics: Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, ensuring efficient data extraction in large-scale environments. * Predictive Intelligence: Monitor KPIs and apply trend analysis models to anticipate operational and commercial needs. * Strategic Partnership: Serve as an internal consultant for Operations, Sales, and IT departments, translating business problems into analytical solutions. * Governance and Quality: Implement and uphold governance processes, ensuring data serves as the 'single source of truth' (SSOT) regarding security and consistency. * Continuous Innovation: Identify emerging technologies and methodologies (e.g., generative AI for data or new ETL frameworks) to keep V.tal at the forefront of the industry. **Requirements and Qualifications** Education: Completed undergraduate degree in Engineering, IT, Statistics, Economics, or related fields. Data Expertise: Solid experience in large-scale corporate environments with advanced proficiency in SQL. Data Visualization: Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar), emphasizing storytelling. Data Modeling: In-depth knowledge of ETL and Star Schema/Snowflake architectures. Technology Stack: Advanced Excel expertise (Power Query/VBA) and familiarity with collaboration ecosystems (Office 365\). Soft Skills: Sharp analytical mindset, excellent executive communication, and ability to bridge technical and business domains. Preferred Qualifications: Proficiency in data programming languages (Python or R). Experience in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud). Certifications from Microsoft, Oracle, Amazon, or Google.
