Job Summary: A professional responsible for maintaining organization and cleanliness in the pantry and dining areas, as well as providing customer service, preparing and restocking products, and managing inventory. Preparation and restocking of products Job Description: * Keep the pantry and dining tables, as well as utensils and equipment in the department, organized and clean; * Ensure beverages are properly refrigerated and restock as needed; * Perform frying tasks using the service fryer; * Maintain required quantities of pantry items; * Prepare mise-en-place for the pantry and dining area; * Greet customers, provide service, present the menu, and make sales; * Restock merchandise on the counter immediately after each sale; * Prepare and deliver products requested by customers (weight, type, etc.), properly packaged and labeled according to product code; * Store products in the warehouse according to storage requirements; * Daily removal of spoiled, expired, or unsightly merchandise, verifying expiration dates of displayed products; * Label products according to internal codes for the sales area and company directives; * Verify that products are labeled correctly (price, origin, manufacturing date, expiration date, and composition); * Participate in store inventory counts; * Notify department leadership regarding maintenance or repair needs for machinery, electrical systems, and hydraulic systems; * Attend meetings and training sessions scheduled by department leadership and/or management; * Participate in the company's mentoring program, training, teaching, and transferring company activities and standards to new employees.
