Description: * Higher education in Nutrition; * Basic Office package; * Must have active CRN; * Experience in Hospital Nutrition; * Knowledge in clinical and/or clinical-hospital care. * Identify target population and establish planned interventions according to epidemiological profile; * Participate in interdisciplinary diagnosis and clinical case rounds, proposing dietary adjustments and meal plans whenever necessary; * Collect anthropometric data for nutritional assessment; * Request laboratory tests and interpret nutritional indicators; * Calculate energy expenditure and identify nutritional needs; * Perform dietary-nutritional diagnosis, establishing a nutritional care plan; * Provide dietary prescriptions, as well as nutritional supplements and complements according to clinical condition; * Develop meal plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team including Physical Educators, Physicians, and Nurses; * Conduct nutritional follow-up, recording diet therapy progress in medical records; * Verify adherence to dietary-nutritional guidance during daily visits to hospitalized patients; * Guide family members and caregivers regarding meal plans and special or high-risk diets; * Provide education and nutritional counseling for health promotion and prevention; * Be aware of all incidents, complications, and activities of all complexity levels related to nutrition, taking appropriate actions; * Discharge patients from nutritional care, documenting in medical records and guiding patients, caregivers, and family members; * Fill out internal control and indicator worksheets; * Conduct group nutritional assessment consultations; * Participate in organizing projects and initiatives developed by the Nutrition department; 2510300202211839219
