




We are looking for a Training and Development professional to join our dynamic and expanding team. This professional should enjoy working in a diverse and dynamic environment that offers constant learning opportunities through new projects and relationships at various hierarchical levels. Responsibilities: Monitor training needs; Develop, deliver, and monitor operational, technical, behavioral, and leadership training programs, aligned with the specific needs of each operational department; Conduct training needs assessments in collaboration with leaders, local HR teams, and technical departments; Support the implementation of development programs tailored to different audiences; Create supporting materials, learning paths, and content adapted to the food retail context; Lead in-person activities in stores, focusing on process standardization, competency development, and improvement of organizational climate; Track training KPIs and evaluate the effectiveness of delivered training programs; Collaborate with departments such as Occupational Safety, Quality, HR, and Operations to ensure integration of content and practices; Support internal marketing campaigns, employee engagement initiatives, and organizational culture efforts.
