Then this role is for you! ### **About the Opportunity** We are seeking a **Resident Technician**, to be embedded at our client Johnson \& Johnson, responsible for ensuring full functionality of multifunction printers, with focus on quality, responsiveness, and service excellence. * **️** **Main Responsibilities** * Preventive and corrective maintenance on multifunction printers; * Direct technical support to end users (resident model); * Technical fault diagnosis and resolution; * Toner, parts, and maintenance kit replacements; * Installation, configuration, and network printer support; * Incident tracking and SLA compliance; * Completion of technical reports and basic consumables inventory control. ### **Requirements** * Technical education in Information Technology, Networking, Electroelectronics, or related fields; * Experience in printer maintenance (laser, inkjet, and/or thermal); * Knowledge of networking, drivers, and Windows operating systems (Linux is a plus); * Proactive, organized profile with strong interpersonal skills. **Position:** Resident Printer Technician **Client:** Johnson \& Johnson **Work Location:** Rodovia Presidente Dutra, S/N – KM 154 \- Jardim das Indústrias – São José dos Campos/SP \- CEP: 12240\-908 * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from **08:00 to 17:00** ✨ **Why Join Ricoh?** At Ricoh, we believe that **technology is created by people and for people**.
