Handling logistics incidents and communication with carriers Monitoring Operator \- Responsibilities include: • Transport tracking and monitoring to ensure proper delivery and pickup execution. • Performing administrative tasks such as invoice entry and verification, manifest issuance and control, billing support, and system data entry. • Handling transport-related incidents, including reverse logistics processes, while maintaining communication with internal departments and carriers to ensure resolution of logistics requirements. High school diploma required. • Must reside in São José dos Campos.
