Join Onset and build your career in a collaborative and innovative environment! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities and Duties** ----------------------------------- * Lead the execution of Analytics and Artificial Intelligence projects, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives; * Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and resources (human and technological); * Facilitate communication among multidisciplinary teams (data scientists, AI engineers, business analysts); * Adapt agile (Scrum, Kanban) or traditional (PMBOK) methodologies according to team and project profiles; * Ensure adoption of best practices in data governance, AI ethics, and regulatory compliance (LGPD, GDPR); * Identify and mitigate technical and organizational risks that may impact outcomes; * Monitor project KPIs and deliver progress reports to stakeholders; * Mediate conflicts and foster collaboration among professionals from different generations (e.g., Millennials and Generation Z). **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements and Qualifications** ------------------------------ **Academic Background:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering, related fields, or specialization in Information Security. **Languages:** * Advanced or fluent English. **Experience:** * Solid experience managing IT, Data Science, or AI projects, preferably in large enterprises; * Hands-on experience with technologies such as machine learning, NLP, computer vision, or advanced analytics; * Proven experience leading multigenerational and multidisciplinary teams; * Experience in digital projects focused on innovation and transforming data into business value; * Participation in initiatives requiring adaptation to diverse behavioral profiles (e.g., Generation Z and Millennials). **Knowledge and Skills:** * Proficiency in agile (Scrum Master, SAFe) and traditional (PMP, PMI) methodologies; * Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, and MS Project; * Familiarity with AI tools and platforms such as Azure ML, AWS, and SageMaker. **Additional Information** Employment Type: CLT Location: São José dos Campos/SP Hybrid (3 days per week at client site) We are an IT & C (Information Technology) services company capable of meeting all your company’s IT needs.
