We are looking for a **DevOps Engineer** to drive the evolution, maintenance, and automation of cloud environments, ensuring application and service reliability, scalability, performance, and high availability. This professional will play a strategic role in implementing infrastructure best practices, observability, deployment automation, and continuous environment optimization, collaborating closely with development, architecture, and operations teams. Here, you’ll find supportive colleagues and managers ready to assist your development. **Growth Opportunities:** We invest in our employees’ professional growth through training programs and internal promotions. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure using AWS; * Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform (Infrastructure as Code); * Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, testing, and deployment; * Implement and enhance observability, monitoring, and alerting solutions, preferably using DataDog; * Ensure performance, scalability, availability, and resilience of environments; * Conduct analysis and resolution of critical incidents, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis; * Support development teams in adopting DevOps best practices; * Optimize cloud resource costs, capacity, and utilization; * Implement security, backup, and disaster recovery strategies; * Document architectures, processes, and operational standards; * Participate in the continuous evolution of architecture and delivery processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer, SRE, or in related fields; * Hands-on experience with AWS; * Knowledge of AWS services such as: * EC2 * ECS/EKS * Lambda * RDS * S3 * CloudWatch * IAM * VPC * Route53 * API Gateway * Experience with Terraform; * Experience implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines; * Proficiency in Git and version control tools; * Experience with containers and orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes); * Experience with observability and monitoring, preferably DataDog; * Linux and server administration knowledge; * Networking, DNS, load balancing, and security knowledge; * Experience troubleshooting distributed environments; * Knowledge of application performance and scalability. **Nice-to-Have Differentiators** * AWS certifications; * Production experience with Kubernetes; * Familiarity with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar tools; * Experience with SRE practices; * Knowledge of FinOps; * Experience automating tasks using Python, Bash, or Go; * Understanding of microservices-oriented architecture; * Experience with high-availability and mission-critical environments. **Behavioral Competencies** * Analytical and proactive mindset; * Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills; * Ability to thrive in dynamic environments; * Strong sense of ownership; * Focus on continuous improvement; * Technical organization and documentation skills. **Additional Information** * Employment type: Individual Contractor (PJ). * Remote or hybrid work (depending on location and team dynamics). * Collaborative environment emphasizing agile delivery, continuous learning, and innovation. **More than a Contact Center—we’re Credit Recovery Specialists.** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ A company that goes beyond financial results.
