**Position: Production Assistant** Availability for **second shift** **Salary: R$ 2,286.48** **Benefits:** Medical plan Dental plan Pharmacy discount program Life insurance Food basket On-site meal Transportation voucher or shuttle (from Itaqua) or fuel allowance. **1° \- Supply the production line with materials specified in the work order (OP) and visual management board, preparing loads in advance for production or when requested by the supervisor.** **2° \- Check the production order (OP), scanning the OP with a label reader to verify planned versus actual output, at the beginning and end of the shift.** **3° \- Support the operator with basic knowledge of production routines to speed up task completion and reduce production losses, when requested by the machine operator.** **4° \- Leave the area clean and organized for the next shift, using broom and shovel to remove trash and dirt from the area, at the end of each shift, when the machine is under maintenance, or when requested.** **5° \- Identify defective parts (non-conforming NC) according to product quality standards while they are on the production line.** **6° \- Provide support during all setups in the section, performing material supply, cutting coil straps, loading labels, placing them on the visual management board, removing leftover scraps, weighing, labeling, and storing. Maintain a clean area and organized inventory when the primary operator is absent or needs assistance during the workday.** **7° \- Assist in equipment lubrication using grease pumps available in the area, wearing all required PPE for this activity, to ensure the longevity of machine components and factory equipment, when scheduled or requested by the supervisor.** **8° \- Wear PPE correctly as instructed during onboarding by the occupational safety technician based on NR6 regulations, to protect the worker's life and that of fellow employees throughout the entire workday without exception.** **9° \- Participate in company inventories using implemented technologies to ensure stock integrity, system accuracy, and scheduling, whenever scheduled or requested by the company.
