Job Summary: Operate through supervisory control panel and/or manually the processes of receiving, pre\-cleaning, drying, storage and dispatch of grains in the warehouse, controlling the parameters of each process stage according to standards defined by Cargill and customers, recording operations and notifying supervisors in case of deviations in products, processes or equipment, aiming at preventive and corrective measures that ensure proper operational flow and required product quality. Main Responsibilities: Execute locking and lifting commands for trucks on the tipping equipment, guiding other operators and assistants in safety procedures, traffic control, vehicle uncoupling, controlling product discharge volume into hoppers, cleaning procedures and release of vehicles before and after unloading, aiming to guarantee quality and efficiency of the receiving process according to established standards and parameters; Execute and/or request the completion of grain loading, unloading and drying reports, highlighting vehicle identification information, loading and/or unloading times, product drying data (date, product type, moisture content, impurity levels, sample collection times, quality results, firewood supply rates to the dryer, etc.), aiming at monitoring receiving, drying, storage and dispatch; QUALIFICATIONS: High School diploma completed; Driver's License B; Basic computer knowledge; 2 to 3 years of warehouse experience; Manual dexterity, visual acuity, good interpersonal skills, focused attention, organization, discipline, agility, dynamism, proactivity; Basic mechanical knowledge to operate equipment safely, basic computing, drying processes, grain receiving and storage processes; Experience as machine operator (front loader and tractor) is desirable.
