Work in a challenging, results-oriented environment Description: Apply quickly via email: Responsibilities and Desired Experience: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Manage the programming team (junior, mid-level, and senior), ensuring performance and engagement. * Plan routines, processes, and delivery schedules. * Monitor and track results, ensuring adherence to deadlines. * Implement improvements and best development practices. * Resolve conflicts and facilitate inter-departmental communication. * Control and monitor software deliveries. * Conduct alignment meetings and present results to executive management. * Supervise usage of the ITIL ticketing system. REQUIREMENTS: * Completed bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields. * Solid experience managing development teams. * Proficiency in Delphi (mandatory). * Experience managing time, processes, and schedules. * Experience working in high-pressure environments with strong performance expectations. * Knowledge of SQL, algorithms, and at least one programming language (Delphi, C#, Python, etc.). * ITIL certification or knowledge. * Experience in Project Management. * Organization, responsibility, and analytical thinking. * Ability to resolve conflicts and motivate teams. * Creativity to propose improvements and solutions. * Strong communication skills.
