Responsibilities and duties * Coordinate the development team, promoting a collaborative and productive environment; plan, prioritize, and monitor software project execution, ensuring deadlines and quality; * Define and implement best practices in development, security, and code governance; * Coordinate resource allocation and task distribution within the team; * Facilitate communication between technology and business areas, aligning requirements and expectations; * Promote the technical and professional growth of the team through feedback and training; * Ensure adoption of agile methodologies and continuous improvement in development processes; * Participate in defining software architectures and selecting technologies for projects; * Monitor team performance metrics and developed systems; * Lead technological innovation initiatives and process improvements; * Perform other duties inherent to the role.
