Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Quality Analyst and Technical Leader with a team-oriented mindset and a constant drive for challenges, to work on quality control and process improvement. Proposing and implementing process improvements within the area of responsibility **Are you looking for a new opportunity in your professional career?** If you are a dedicated professional with a strong team spirit, constantly seeking new challenges and learning opportunities, this position is perfect for you! **Your main tasks and responsibilities:** * Supporting the inspector team in various activities related to Quality Control records, including: * Inspection of incoming raw materials, accessories, and finished products according to internal instructions; * Classification of approved and rejected materials and accessories; * Evaluation of quality certificates issued by suppliers and archiving them in a secure location; * Handling non-conformities within Valmet Service Centers’ processes; * Supporting manufacturing inspections of products manufactured at Valmet Service Centers’ facilities; * Releasing manufactured items through issued records, ensuring compliance and fulfillment of Valmet product quality requirements; * Assembling and organizing the Databook according to initial process requirements; * Liaising with Valmet SA Service Centers’ management to align and ensure clarity of quality requirements for all parties involved in the process; * Maintaining updated Quality Control process indicators according to internal instructions and alignments; * Participating in internal and external audits, and occasionally conducting internal audits, receiving and evaluating reports to implement corrective action plans for any deviations; * Continuously evaluating the efficiency and effectiveness of quality control tasks and their alignment with company processes through analysis of inspectors’ issued records; * Proposing and implementing improvements in processes within your area of responsibility, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives and definitions; * Providing technical leadership within your area of expertise, guiding other colleagues on relevant technical aspects; * Participating in internal and external training sessions, as directed or requested by your immediate supervisor. **To succeed in this position, it is important to have:** * Experience in the field as a Quality Analyst and Technical Leader; * Completed bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields; * Preferred: Good English language skills (spoken and written); **What We Offer** We offer a dynamic work environment that values innovation and suits individuals with a development mindset who enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.
