Then join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide assurance/support to users of the company's IT infrastructure equipment, excluding ERP system-related matters, while observing service priority levels. * Monitor network equipment operation to resolve issues and/or identify improvement opportunities. * Jointly perform, with the immediate supervisor, maintenance of server and network infrastructure, as well as routines, procedures, or practices related to network security assurance. * Implement, monitor, and periodically test backup routines for data and critical systems, maintain and execute disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity in case of major failures or incidents. * Maintain a detailed and up-to-date inventory of all company hardware and software assets (including licenses, warranties, and decommissioning dates), managing the lifecycle of these assets to optimize usage and investment. * Identify opportunities and develop/implement scripts or tools to automate routine infrastructure maintenance, monitoring, configuration, and provisioning tasks, aiming to optimize operational efficiency and reduce manual errors. * Conduct continuous performance analysis of systems, servers, and networks, identifying bottlenecks and proposing/implementing improvements to optimize IT service performance, availability, and scalability. * Develop and/or maintain updated user support procedures and policies, validating these documents with the immediate supervisor and providing training and clarifications to users. * Participate in improvement or innovation projects within your area of expertise, as required by Grupo Bertolini companies. * Interact and negotiate with external service providers and partners to resolve issues within your area of responsibility. * Maintain updated and accessible digital documentation (invoices) for all software used on each company computer. * Maintain physical organization of the department. * Comply with company, quality, and occupational safety standards and procedures. * Perform additional activities of similar nature and complexity as established for the position, respecting the scope of responsibilities, as required by the department and/or requested by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Incomplete undergraduate degree. * Experience in Datacenter administration: servers, firewalls, routers, switches, Wi-Fi, and others. * Experience with Windows Server and virtualization solutions. * Knowledge of cloud hosting and cloud service management. * Experience with VLANs, VPNs, and QoS. **Additional Information** **Our Benefits:** Profit Sharing Program (PPR); Health insurance; Comprehensive dental plan; On-site medical, dental, and outpatient assistance; Meals (internal restaurant offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner); Transportation allowance; Comprehensive life insurance; Birthday gift; Christmas basket; Reduced daily working hours by 15 minutes; Various partnerships (nutritional and psychological services, as well as medical clinics, educational institutions, and others); Infrastructure (parking, mini-market, kiosk, soccer fields, and beach volleyball court); Purchase of company products at special prices.
