We seek a professional capable of promptly and effectively addressing infrastructure and cloud support and service demands, aligned with the company's policies and procedures. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support customers by clarifying specific questions and by mitigating or resolving issues in the operation of the CIGAM ERP system, ensuring their satisfaction through relationship management, agile and effective support, and alignment with the company's overall policies and planning. * Perform specific analyses, select and install software and hardware—including operating systems, databases, management platforms, among others—based on the business profile, needs, and available resources of the respective company. * Execute CIGAM software implementation projects, including system training and configuration activities. * Conduct in-person or virtual training sessions for internal teams, customers, and CIGAM Network partners. * Ensure the business’s technological infrastructure operates at maximum performance, delivering quality and efficiency. * Advise customers on information security, recommending backup and protection policies, and establishing barriers against potential intrusions or data leaks. * Install, configure, and update customer software via remote access, clarify user questions, and provide necessary requirements for proper network or IT infrastructure functionality. * Ensure stability of platforms and multi-cloud interactions (if required). * Contribute to a positive organizational climate, grounded in company culture and current policies. **Requirements and Qualifications** **KNOWLEDGE:** * Prior experience with management software or IT companies is desirable. * Prior customer service experience is desirable. * Technical/conceptual knowledge of ERP systems. * Proficiency with Windows applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, Outlook). * Understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS). * Physical and logical network configuration (TCP/IP, IP ranges, subnets/masks, gateways, routing, network topology, etc.). * Network and database security. * Knowledge of SQL Server and Oracle databases. * Familiarity with major cloud providers’ solutions in the market (Azure, AWS, OCI, GCloud). * Knowledge of leading enterprise management software and hardware, as well as web servers/APIs, etc. * Firewall rules, security policies, and sharing protocols. **EDUCATION:** Networking, Information Security, Cloud Computing, Systems Analysis, Computer Science, IT Management. * **REQUIREMENTS:** * Availability to work from 12:12 PM to 10:00 PM, with a one-hour break **Additional Information** **Benefits:** Meal allowance; Transportation voucher; Wellhub; Corporate University, Development Paths, Career Plan, Training programs; Investment in professional development through courses and certifications; Health plan assistance; Flexible working hours; Profit-sharing program; Life insurance; Hybrid work model; Equipment provision; Excellent management practices; certified as a Great Place to Work by GPTW. **What does success mean to you?** Whatever your answer may be, we believe success is directly linked to happiness and appreciation of all individuals.
