




Job Summary: Operates, sets up, and programs CNC machines; controls part quality; and performs autonomous maintenance on equipment. Key Highlights: 1. Execution of autonomous maintenance according to TPM checklist **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Operate, set up, and program CNC machines (milling machine, machining center, lathe); operate knife cells and perform cutting tasks; control and record part parameters and quality; report Production Orders (PO); perform autonomous equipment maintenance according to the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) checklist; ensure all part lots are clearly identified with Production Orders (PO); deburr, grind, stamp parts using punches, and blast parts when required; operate drilling machines when necessary; lift suspended loads using hoists; and occasionally move parts and production materials using manual and electric equipment. **REQUIREMENTS:** • Proven experience as a CNC machine operator/programmer; • Technical degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; • Courses in Basic CNC, CNC Programming and Operation, NR11 – Hoist Safety, Metrology, and Mechanical Drawing Reading and Interpretation. **WORK SCHEDULE:** Third shift: 10:03 PM to 7:00 AM **BENEFITS:** R$ 3.000,00 to R$ 4.000,00 + hazard pay + night shift allowance + benefits Register your resume at buscarvagas.com.br and stay updated on the best opportunities.
