Job Summary: We are looking for a Mid-level Front-end Developer to work remotely, responsible for front-end development, creation of a Design System, and development of robust interfaces using React. Collaboration with design and back-end teams HRE GROUP is supporting an Anti-Fraud startup seeking a Mid-level Front-end Developer for remote work. * Serve as the Front-end owner, ensuring the team follows best practices in coding, maintaining quality and consistency. * Be responsible for creating and maintaining Design System components, ensuring interface reusability and standardization across all projects. * Develop and maintain robust and scalable user interfaces using React. * Collaborate with design and back-end teams to translate wireframes and designs into high-quality code. * Ensure application optimization, performance, and usability. * Perform code testing and debugging to ensure product stability. * Participate in code reviews to maintain development quality and consistency. * Contribute to software architecture and technical decision-making. * Integrate the front-end layer with back-end services. Requirements: * Proven experience developing with React.js and its core concepts (Hooks, Context API, Redux, Zustand or similar state management tools). * Solid knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3. * Proficiency with Git for version control. * Experience consuming RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs using react-query. * Basic understanding of back-end concepts, including how APIs are structured and how data is processed. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with charting libraries (nivo, plotly, deck.gl). * Familiarity with monorepo tools (NX, lerna, turborepo, etc.). * Knowledge of front-end optimization techniques (virtualization, code-splitting, memoization). * Knowledge of Python or another back-end language. * Experience with relational (SQL) and non-relational (NoSQL) databases. * Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure). * Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). * Experience with automated testing (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).
