




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for supporting the sales team and representatives by performing administrative, financial, and training activities, as well as organizing events and managing inventory. Key Highlights: 1. Administrative and financial support to sales representatives and distributors 2. Management of reports, commissions, freight charges, and invoices 3. Organization of events and training for sales teams Issue reports, verify and release commission and freight payments to sales representatives and distributors. Receive, record, and release commission notes and freight bills. Receive orders and finalize cargo shipments of out-of-state derivatives. Register price tables. Correct invoices with incorrect data entry. Notify stock shortages. Distribute sales support materials to points of sale. Organize seminars and events with representatives and sales staff. Train sales staff on data entry via terminals and pocket devices. Perform sales provisioning. **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM / 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday; 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, Saturday , Reside in Salvador do Sul or nearby areas Our job openings are also open to Persons with Disabilities.
