




Job Summary: Professional responsible for monitoring and analyzing inventory levels, conducting inventory audits, resolving discrepancies, and developing performance indicators. Key Highlights: 1. Inventory monitoring and analysis to ensure balance and availability 2. Development and tracking of inventory and service KPIs 3. Participation in the implementation and improvement of management systems (ERP/WMS) Responsibilities: * Monitor and analyze inventory levels, ensuring balance between availability and invested capital. * Conduct cyclic and physical inventories, ensuring data reliability in the system. * Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, performing root cause analysis. * Develop and track performance indicators (KPIs), such as: Inventory accuracy, Inventory turnover, Inventory coverage, Service level; * Support receiving, warehousing, picking, and shipping processes. * Participate in the implementation and improvement of management systems (ERP/WMS). * Prepare management reports and propose improvements to increase operational efficiency. * Ensure compliance with internal procedures and best warehousing practices. * Reduction of losses and discrepancies * Optimization of inventory turnover and reduction of obsolete inventory Requirements: * Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Logistics or Business Administration. * Experience in inventory control and inventory audits. * Proficiency in Excel (intermediate/advanced). * Experience with ERP or WMS.
