Requirements: * Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Management Processes, or related fields; * Proven experience in the Procurement area; * Advanced negotiation skills; * Knowledge of supplier and supply chain management; * Analytical ability to evaluate and compare different proposals and suppliers; * Ability to make strategic decisions based on defined information and goals. * Preferred Qualification: Knowledge of MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) services, contracting of service providers Responsibilities: * Conduct market research to identify top suppliers; * Negotiate procurement contracts, pricing, and commercial terms; * Analyze costs and benefits of different supplier proposals; * Monitor quality of received products and services; * Manage supplier relationships, ensuring on-time delivery per agreed schedules; * Identify opportunities to reduce costs and increase efficiency in procurement processes; * Prepare performance reports and procurement KPIs. Attention: This position requires on-site work at the company's headquarters located in São Leopoldo. Therefore, candidates must be available to reside in the region or its vicinity.
