Description

Responsibilities and duties * Coordinate the implementation process of new franchises, ensuring compliance with company standards, processes, and policies. * Plan and monitor all stages of unit openings, ensuring deadlines, execution quality, and operational alignment. * Develop and adapt customized implementation plans, considering the particularities, needs, and profile of each franchise. * Ensure a positive experience for franchisees, strengthening relationships and promoting satisfaction throughout the implementation and operational processes. Requirements and qualifications * Experience in franchise implementation and management, with knowledge of processes, routines, and challenges within the sector. * Experience in developing, monitoring, and executing franchise implementation and expansion plans. * Ability to conduct training, guide franchisees, and provide consultative support to operations.
