If you identify with our purpose, shall we together imagine a future and engineer it? **Responsibilities and duties** **Summary description:** Carry out necessary actions for the maintenance and continuous improvement of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System, observing working conditions and detecting adverse situations through inspections and systematic application of legislation and corporate procedures, in order to preserve employees' health and physical integrity, as well as promoting awareness for preventive actions on relevant topics. **Detailed description:** * Monitor the company's compliance with occupational safety regulations, overseeing work areas/sites, assessing behaviors and risk factors, and guiding employees toward proper conduct. * Prepare, organize, and deliver training sessions, as well as lead DDS (Daily Safety Dialogues), Brigade Meetings, and others as needed. * Evaluate safety documentation from suppliers accessing company premises, ensuring their alignment with environmental operating conditions to prevent government penalties and ensure employee safety. * Follow up and investigate all workplace incidents/accidents, visiting the site, verifying conditions, analyzing the incident in a group setting, preparing reports, and recommending appropriate preventive and control measures. * Carry out activities related to compliance with safety regulations according to planning, supporting CIPA processes, simulation exercises, mandatory training, and others, as well as inspecting safety and firefighting equipment, ensuring they are in perfect condition and functioning properly. * Monitor assessments of physical, chemical, biological, mechanical, and ergonomic agents within facilities by visiting work areas, ensuring legal compliance and employee safety. * Execute activities outlined in the PGR (Risk Prevention Plan) and other specific area programs. * Support management in handling critical processes within the unit, assisting in developing training maps, risk management, operational procedures, and others, focusing on health and safety aspects. * Perform assigned tasks according to received plans, under the supervision and/or support of more technically experienced professionals or immediate supervisors, even if only for occasional guidance or problem resolution. Does not yet demonstrate full proficiency across all processes, operations, or equipment within their area, nor full productivity levels. * Assist more senior professionals in processes related to their field of work, leveraging their experience for self-development. * Participate in implementing departmental work plans and procedures, executing and monitoring necessary technical actions to achieve established objectives and goals. * Implement EHS guidelines to the construction team through management methodologies and tools. This is the Sabesp way of being, transforming the present, and preparing the future. **Responsibilities and duties** * Perform operational and maintenance activities in the environmental sanitation system, covering areas such as quality control, water supply and distribution, sewage collection and disposal. * Tasks include operating and maintaining systems, opening and closing trenches and hydraulic valves, as well as installing, maintaining, relocating, and extending water and sewage networks, along with performing maneuvers on distribution networks and transmission lines. * The professional is also responsible for transporting equipment, materials, and tools, collecting samples for analysis, and operating equipment at pumping stations, low and/or high-voltage transformer substations, and sewer unblocking machines. * Occasionally performs water meter readings, water service disconnections, bill deliveries, suppression and reconnection of water services, and, under supervision, field metrological testing of water meters, reporting results and providing clarifications to customers. * Other responsibilities include disinfection services in pipelines and reservoirs; assisting, under supervision, in electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and civil activities; and driving vehicles to carry out job functions. * The assistant must ensure organization, safety, and preservation of the workplace, performing other related tasks as needed. * Operate non-destructive method (NDM) intervention equipment. * Drive utility vehicles. * Conduct sewer line unblocking or hydrojet cleaning for preventive maintenance. * Operate equipment related to activities, such as soil compactors, asphalt or floor cutters, generators, autonomous lighting equipment, dewatering pumps, screwdrivers, sanders, etc. * Operate the WFM Mobile system to accept and close service orders, open stages, and/or record material usage. * Perform maintenance and calibration of Pressure Reducing Valves (PRVs). * Maintain positive customer interface. * Conduct technical inspections for service approvals. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed elementary education. * Professional qualification course. * National Driver's License – CNH.
