Description: What we expect from you: * Education: Bachelor's degree completed in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar fields. * Technical Leadership: Previous experience technically leading squads or projects, with a product-oriented mindset; * Front-end: Solid experience with Angular (versions 10+). You must feel comfortable creating components, managing state, and solving complex UI/UX issues in the ERP; * Backend & Integration: Knowledge of Java (Spring) to interact with our ERP and Python to orchestrate new AI solutions; * Diverse Technical Stack: Ability to easily move across different languages and stacks (Front-end, Back-end, and Data); * Architecture: Systemic vision to design solutions that connect external services (Chat/IA APIs) with complex internal systems.
