As a cooperative system, Sicredi Ouro Verde places people at the center and operates focused on developing a more prosperous society. **For those who, like us, believe that cooperation is the best way to foster progress, we extend this invitation: shall we go forward together?** **Cooperative Sicredi Ouro Verde MT \- São José do Rio Claro Agency /MT** **Responsibilities and duties** **Risk management:** Manage operational and credit risks inherent in all agency operations, maintaining a global view of each risk level, aiming for security across all processes, and activating Head Office support whenever necessary. **Management of strategic and financial indicators**: Monitor key performance indicators of the agency’s main processes aligned with institutional priorities, seeking efficiency gains, goals, and jointly building action plans and guidance with the agency team. **Delinquency and loss management PDD:** Monitor delinquency indicators and work with the Agency Manager to define collection strategies. Monitor and justify the largest credit provisions of the Agency to ensure healthy provisioning. Track loans entering into losses, as well as inventory, and develop collection strategies for recovery. **People Management:** Lead the Operations and Service teams, overseeing all people management processes and leadership of these teams. Support the development of behavioral and technical competencies required for individual and collective team growth (and their direct reports), aiming to ensure personal growth, productivity, and business sustainability. Promote incentive and recognition management \- compensation, maintenance of GP Services (SGP), ensuring compliance with labor issues and our internal policies and regulations, as well as managing the work environment at the Agency. **Internal controls and compliance:** Responsible for Internal Control, *Compliance*, and Audit activities, developing action plans to prevent recurrence.
