We seek motivated professionals who embrace challenges, possess a strong business orientation, and are driven to identify opportunities and solutions. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in prospecting new customers and servicing existing customers; * Assist in researching leads, receiving and organizing received leads; * Record customer information in the system; * Provide detailed information about qualified leads, including interaction history and key areas of interest; * Maintain up-to-date lead records with relevant information regarding their profile, interests, and sales funnel stage; * Identify customer needs and determine the best approach for service delivery, along with other supporting activities. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Marketing, or Business Processes. * Minimum availability of 1 year for internship. **Skills:** * Customer service skills, teamwork orientation, organization, proactivity, commitment, and responsibility. **Additional Information** **We Offer:** * Internship stipend of R$1.100,00 + VT (TRI) + VR/VA amounting to R$ 34.10 (per working day); * Life insurance; * Gym benefits; * SESC membership. **Internship Schedule:** 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (2-hour break) – Monday to Friday.
