PREREQUISITES: \- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, including intermediate Excel skills; \- Experience with administrative and operational processes; \- Strong verbal and written communication skills; \- Organizational skills; \- Proactivity. EXPERIENCE: \- Support for operational tasks within the administrative and legal departments; \- Customer service: internal and external; \- Document organization and issuance; \- Experience in law firms is a plus; \- Issuance of certificates, interaction with notary offices and real estate registries.
