* **Requirements**
· Currently enrolled in Accounting (from the 4th semester onward).
· Basic knowledge of accounting (journal entries, reconciliations) and taxation.
· Intermediate **Excel** (formulas, Pivot Tables, and charts).
· Attention to detail, organization, and strong written communication skills.
* **Preferred Qualifications**
· Proficiency with technology and willingness to learn **Power BI**.
· Behavioral profile: **Executor** and **Analytical**.
* **Work Model**
· **Format:** On-site.
· **Schedule:** 8:30 AM–2:30 PM **(6 hours/day)**.
· **Contract Type:** Internship (Law 11.788/2008).

* **Internship Mission**
Support bookkeeping routines, accounting analyses, and customer service activities, working alongside the financial BPO team and individual taxpayer (Carnê-Leão/IRPF) requirements, always following our SOPs.
* **Main Responsibilities**
**1. Accounting/Tax**
· Basic accounting journal entries, verifications, and support for trial balances.
· Assistance with tax forms (DAS, DARF, INSS, FGTS) and simple queries via e-CAC/Municipalities/SEFAZ.
· Issuance of customer invoices.
· Customer billing.
**2. Financial BPO**
· Financial reconciliation and document organization in **Nibo** (including email inboxes).
· Cash flow spreadsheets and simple reports.
**3. Individual Taxpayers (PF)**
· Monthly organization for **Carnê-Leão**.
· Support for **IRPF** (filing period) and GCAP; expense reporting.
**4. Customer Service and Organization**
· Efficient customer service via email/WhatsApp/Teams.
· File organization in **OneDrive**, per SOPs.
